is an offer that may be accepted by You or bind Giles Food Service
Equipment in any way. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” GILES
FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Content can and will be changed at Giles Foodservice
Equipment's discretion without notice. The Content comprises
proprietary and trade secret materials
that are not authorized for general distribution and that derive
substantial value from their secrecy. Federal copyright law
and international treaties also apply to the Content. In the
event you do not agree to any of these terms, your sole remedy
is to cease using the Sites. You agree not to use the Content
